Katty Fashion is an innovative SME from North-East Romania that has been offering bespoke services of collaborative design, product development, and excellent garment manufacturing of all categories of womenswear for more than 50 EU brands since 2003. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate knowledge about how developed solutions fit into the larger business process and provide strategic development insights.
Role Description:
As a Remote Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing software solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the software is delivered on time and within budget. We are looking for someone who can work independently and also as part of a team. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work on R&D and pilot projects related to Katty Fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Confer with relevant stakeholders to obtain information on project scope, scale, requirements, needs, capabilities, design, and limitations.
- Designing software system architecture.
- Designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs.
- Determine system performance standards & ensuring standard adherence.
- Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation.
- Supervise, coordinate, support, and assign work to programmers, designers, or other scientific personnel.
- Occasionally meet with relevant stakeholders for onboarding activities, process flow introduction, and coordination activities.
- Occasionally travel as part of our expert consortium group.
Requirements:
- BSc in CS or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
- Knowledge of frontend and backend frameworks including asp.net, react, and Postgresql.
- Ability to deliver work with abstract indications or non-technical requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge about how developed solutions fit into the larger business process and provide strategic development insights.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally when advising, setting expectations, or suggesting improvements.
- Proactive in looking for and suggesting process improvements for the organization and working with others to implement process changes.
- Problem-solving skills
- Contribute to the team`s understanding of quality and act as a coach and mentor to others.
Advantage if you have previously implemented ERP systems.
